Autumn Quilt

First I must apologise for the lack of posts on the blog at the moment but my camera is broken!! As any seasoned blogger will know you are lost without your camera. I have "borrowed" my husbands camera until I get a new one but it is too big to fit in my pocket so not always to hand.

Autumn is now well under way in Northumberland , the summer bedding plants have gone from the pots and the winter flowering pansies have taken their place.

Autumn too is a time for making the home cozy and I have made this lovely knitted Aran cushion to snuggle up with under my quilt. This quilt I made a few years ago when I was off work ill for 3 months so I named it my miserable quilt but really its quit nice so I might rename it my Autumn quilt because of the colours and the leaves on the fabric.

Happy Quilting xx
