The bikini diet also involves a twice weekly delivery of a Graze box - with the slogan eat more healthy food (fewer biscuits) - they are delivered by Graze.com to our place of work twice a week so on Tuesdays and Thursdays the downstairs office have a healthy snack to look forward to, to brighten the day.

Hope you've been enjoying the weather too and good luck with your bikini diet.
Happy Quilting xx

Good luck with the bikini diet; the graze box looks delicious :)
